Similarly to a real garden, you must tend to the seeds you plant in order for them to flourish. Though planting the seeds of life is exciting, it can also feel frustrating and anxiety-inducing because there are often no immediate results.
In this week's episode, we will be discussing the importance of helping your future self through building a life that you love. Sometimes, you have to start small in order to turn your lemons into lemonade (or a limoncello spritz). Whether it's career, love life, friendship, or your overall well being, there are seeds to be planted in all aspects of our lives, and we are here to grow alongside you.
